Booking Policy
We require credit card details at the time of booking or a deposit of the first night's accommodation to secure the room.
Extra charges can and will be added if excessive cleaning or repairs are required upon departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 36 hours prior to check in time (from 12:00pm) are charged the first night's accommodation.
All other cancellations are charged a $15.00 cancellation fee.
All refunds are at the discretion of the management.

How to Find us: Travelling north into Auckland on SH1 take the North-Western Motorway exit leading to Henderson and Helensville (SH16). Take the Great North Rd off-ramp to Avondale and proceed along Great North Road. Turn left into Blockhouse Bay Road, then left at New North Road. Bollard Avenue is 300 m on your right.
